3D Laser Scanning
3D Laser Scanning in Bendigo
High-density terrestrial laser scanning across Bendigo and central Victoria. We capture millions of points in minutes to build accurate 3D point clouds and models of buildings, structures and complex sites, without interrupting work on the ground.

Trusted by builders, developers and councils across central Victoria
What we do
3D Laser Scanning surveying includes
- Terrestrial (static) laser scanning
- Registered 3D point clouds
- As-built & as-constructed models
- BIM-ready deliverables (Revit, IFC)
- Heritage & facade documentation
- Internal & tank volume surveys
- Clash detection & verticality checks
- Structural & movement monitoring
- 2D plans, sections & elevations from scan data

Millions of measurements, captured in minutes
Terrestrial laser scanning sweeps a site with a survey-grade laser, recording millions of accurate points to build a complete 3D record of everything in view. It is ideal for detailed buildings, plant rooms, bridges, heritage facades and any space too complex or congested to measure by hand. We register every scan to control so the point cloud sits in real-world coordinates.
Capturing every detail, exactly as built.
From point cloud to the model you need
We turn the registered point cloud into the deliverable that suits your project, whether that is a BIM-ready model for design and coordination, accurate 2D plans, sections and elevations, internal volumes, or repeat scans for structural monitoring. You get a single accurate point of truth your architects, engineers and builders can work straight from.
One accurate point of truth, every discipline.
What you receive
- Registered 3D point cloud (e.g. RCP, E57, LAS)
- BIM / as-built model (Revit, IFC)
- 2D plans, sections & elevations
- Volume reports & monitoring comparisons

FAQs
3D Laser Scanning surveying questions
3D laser scanning, or terrestrial laser scanning, uses a survey-grade laser to capture millions of points across a site in minutes, producing a highly accurate 3D point cloud you can measure, model and document from.
Scans are used for as-built and BIM models, heritage and facade documentation, internal and tank volumes, clash detection, verticality checks, and structural or movement monitoring over time.
Our scans are registered to survey control and deliver millimetre-level accuracy on hard surfaces, suitable for detailed design, fabrication and conformance work.
You can receive the registered point cloud in formats such as E57, RCP or LAS, a BIM-ready model in Revit or IFC, and 2D plans, sections and elevations, depending on what your project needs.
We're based in East Bendigo and work right across central and regional Victoria, including Echuca, Shepparton, Castlemaine, Kyneton and surrounds.
